Unfair and Unreasonable Request to pay after such delay.

This company is acting on behalf of another company three years after an accident has happened to claim damages by means of a summons. No previous requests of any sort or claim from my insurance as was part of the normal ways of doing things in accidents and then still accusing me of bad driving when neither they nor the actual driver was in fact witness to what happened in the three car accident. The whole summons is suspect information.
