its been 4 months since i got involved in a car accident

SA UNDERWRITING AGENCIES is a client to ARANGIES ATTORNEYS who has my claim, i call them everyday for update and nothing is been done. Palesa Mathekga is been helpful but the claim is with someone else and its dragging. can they just fix my car and do their job please.
