****ING BAD SERVICE

A guy drove into the back of my car, and his 3rd party broker uses "Arangies Attorneys" as their lawyers to get the claims done and paid out. What a shocking service from an Attorney, and then Jaco Gnade the "Manager" of this said company refuses to help further with the claim. After 2 months of no reply the needed the same documents submitted to the brokers. I had to follow up endlessly and try and get something from these people.

Jaco is such an unhelpful person I have never in my life experienced this bad service. I work in customer service as well and this is disgusting. I would NEVER recommend anyone working with his company even through a third party claim as this **** has been taking 3 months now.
