BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

On the 16th of October 2015 I was bumped by a woman insured by SA Underwriters , since it was entirely the lady's fault ,I submitted a third party claim which is UNFORTUNATELY being handled by Arangies Attorneys. Ironically ,the lady's car was fixed a week after the accident and more than two months down the line am still driving a badly side- damaged car waiting for my claim to be processed one day best known to Arangies Attorneys.Astonishingly neither have I been contacted nor attended to with regards to my claim instead emails sent to them enquiring on my claim are nolonger being responded to by Riaan Hornsveld who is responsible to process the claim , his only response that I received a month ago was really empty telling me to check every after the \second week". Such sickening poor levels of service delivery more especially from attorneys for that matter should be exposed and eliminated in this country considering the amounts of money paid out by individuals for car insurance every month!!! If they don't want to fix my car they should be clear from the start and I won't waste time waiting for them as if am waiting for the second coming of Jesus."""
