bad service

my car was knocked by one of arangies clients . the lady jumped a red robot when she hit the front left side of the car. they sorted her cars claim but not being very helpful to me . i've being waiting for 3 months now for them to sort out the claim . i even sent them video footage of there client jumping the robot. still no help.
