Arangies Attorneys breach of Contract

Worst service I have ever experienced!! They are dealing with a third party claim on behalf of Standard Bank. It has been 6 months since the accident occurred. A client of Standard Bank’s insurance smashed into the back of my car. As the process went along, Standard Bank handed me over to their attorneys who are dealing with the claim. Those attorneys are Arangies Inc Attorneys. Since the claim had been handed over to them, I have had to constantly chase down communication from them about the status of the claim, my e-mails do not get rep**** to, and when I phone their office, the phone is constantly engaged. To be fair, they had sent me a release form to sign for third party property damage which stated the amount that they are going to pay out to me. This document was recieved, and signed on the 22nd of Feb. this document also states that payment will be processed within 30 days of receipt of signed release. It is now 2 and a half months later and I still have not received payment, the original consultant who was dealing with this matter has since changed, and the new consultant does not reply to any of my mails. I am pretty sure this is considered a breach of contract. As mentioned earlier, their office phone is constantly engaged which means there is absolutely no way I am able to communicate with this company or Standard Bank Insurance Limited about the receiving of my money. I have been driving my damaged car for 6 months now, and I am no more closer to repairing it than I was on the day the accident occurred.
