3rd party claim

Good day, I am quiet disappointed with the service that I have received from Arangies Attorneys..I have a third party claim with them..The documents were sent to them on the 5th of Jan2018. Myron Van Heerden is the consultant working on my claim. I have been following up with her for the whole month of Jan and I was told I will get feedback by the 6th of Feb 2018..Today I sent an email asking for an update and i was told I will now receive feedback on the 15th of Feb 2018..This is just bad customer service so if I didn't sent an email she was not gone inform me that feedback will be provided on the 15 clearly it doesn't take a month and half to investigate a claim..And she doesnt even give me reasons why the deadline has been extended.
