********, *****s they don't even know customer service. Bad experience ever and I wouldn't never encourage people to buy there

The cadii shop is a ****. I ordered my son a cadii bag last year in March right before the lock down and till today I haven't received it. I contacted them regarding a refund and I was told that they will process my payment. Today marks a year and 2 months without the bag and without my money. I am very ****ed at this ******** from the cadii shop. I would never even encourage anyone to shop with them. I was communication to a person called Thabang but I am still waiting. Even wen I send them an email they dnt respond this *****s.
