Cadii Suitcase Replacement Parts

I bough a Cadii suitcase for my son 2 year ago, paid R1000 for it. The extended handle has since broken and to get a price on a replacement part is impossible. You have to register and complete a pile of questions on the website including your payment method etc in order to get a price out of them. I phoned and eventually spoke to a consultant, who told me the parts are charged between R100 and R300 and I have to complete the forms to order. I said I don't want to order, want to get a price first. That doesn't help a lot. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. How can you run a business if there are no prices on your website?
