Formal Complaint Regarding Defective Blanket Purchased Less Than Three Months Ago
Dear Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a blanket I purchased from your company less than three months ago. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. After only a short period of normal use, the blanket has started shedding excessive fluff and has developed numerous small fluffy ***** (pilling) all over its surface. This has significantly affected both its appearance and comfort, making it seem old and worn despite being relatively new. I purchased this blanket with the expectation that it would be durable and of good quality. A product of this nature should not deteriorate so quickly under normal use. The condition of the blanket is unacceptable and does not meet the standard I expected from your company. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, whether through a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy in accordance with your customer satisfaction and product quality policies. I would appreciate your prompt response and hope this matter can be resolved without unnecessary delay. If required, I can provide proof of purchase and photographs showing the condition of the blanket. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
