Zero stars. Worst courier ever

Aramex has had a parcel of mine for over a month. They refuse to deliver it.

Aramex has bad customer service, and awful service delivery

Whenever i ask when my parcel will be delivered, they say “someone will contact you today” and no one does

Every time i contact them, they say “your parcel will be delivered in 72hours” but weeks pass and nothing

Every morning i get a notification that “your parcel will be delivered today” but nothing

I am so frustrated. Cant believe the appalling service from aramex
