Zero stars for Aramex South Africa

If there was the option to give Aramex South Africa no stars that’s exactly what they would’ve gotten. Worst customer service, fuller empty promises and constant delays.

My parcel cleared into the country a month ago, it took them 3 weeks to send the customs clearance forms after multiple phone calls and emails. Breakdown of customs fees on their invoices are below par compared to companies like DHL.

Parcel cleared customs after my payment but is yet to be delivered… very slow and poor service, avoid this company if possible.
