Zero service attitude

Totally ******** and *********** service. Send a letter to Germany by their express service. Transit time was quoted as 2-3 working days. After 3 days the letter was still in SA and we had to collect (60 km of driving) to hand the consignment over to DHL who delivered within 3 days at half the cost. It took Aramex a week to refund our advance payment but, of course, our charges for the collection of the letter from their depot was ignored. The explanation was that Aramex could not find a courier to do the job for them. Outright dangerous to deal with these people.
