Feom once a great service delivery company, to zero-delivery. Promises are made and never kept, countless times. Parcels are left without any action for weeks. Multiple escalations bring zero outcome. It borders on lying blatantly. Promises that deliveries will be made, several times on the same day, and then getting a "Delivery attempt failed" notification, when no delivery attempt was made. Just pathetic.
