Zero Delivery

I am waiting for a package to be delivered, it has been sitting at the depot for 3 days now! Service promise was next business day. This is medication I am waiting on and in need of, thus why I ordered in advance. I am appalled at the lack of service you are giving and all your call centre is saying: we have not even delivered stuff from 1st December still due to backlog!
