ZARA should not use Aramex

ZARA should not use Aramex for their deliveries, they claim to have come to the delivery address but they never actual did. To prove this, not a single missed call was received yet they have the customer cell number. They also send contradictory messages to say they ran out of time while they email you they were there without a single missed call or even a buzzer by the gate. It took them close to 4 days to deliver a package which was with them from ZARA for 5 days.
