You're lucky if you get your items delivered

I shipped a package to their German address and now it's stuck there. Contacted support and after a long struggle with communication, Nomvuyo Shiba eventually emailed me: "Please be advise your previous AGS account is NLP and we will have to create a new account with your new address. Please confirm if you have any shipments currently in transit to further assist."

Now they just don't respond anymore.
