Your service is beyond despicable

I received a call from your agent three weeks ago telling to verify my details for my parcel. Yet the same person doesn't tell the requirements I need to send through for my delivery to be done. I only find out after two weeks when I call your call center which takes a whole 30 minutes the call to be answered. Even after I had notified you of the urgency of my delivery I still had to nag on email to finalise my things. Now lastly I have to end doing the collection myself at your warehouse because you don't know what it means when something is urgent. I will never ever use ur service again despite the fact that you charged 1800 just for one simple package. You are just wrong period.????
