You'd have better results throwing your parcel into the ocean and praying to Poseidon to see it delivered.

My parcel took 9 days to leave the depot in the US. As far as I can tell it's in South Africa...somewhere. Can't be more specific than that since their website says it's still in transit but their CS person says it's been logged at the Sandton warehouse, but that apparently doesn't mean that it's actually THERE, according to the lady I spoke to. I've been on hold with them for 15 mins now, and no response. Their facebook takes about two hours to respond per message, no chance of having an actual conversation there.

All I want to know is when the parcel their website said would be delivered on the 9th of December, will actually arrive. So far nobody can tell me exactly what is going on, where my parcel is, or when I can expect to see it.
