You don’t care about your customers!!!$

If I could I would definitely leave a minus negative rating. Aramex South is the worst honestly, your company is full of ***** people who don’t care!!! First your driver **** yesterday and said no one is home customer is not available I wasn’t even called and I work from home I am here ALL THE TIME!! Today I get told on Twitter I will be contacted by someone from JHB because when I call your phones they just ring with no answer, angifoni ngomoya oyingcwele la!!! 3hrs later not a phone call not a email. Madoda asked for my tracking code yesterday and I gave it to him, he went quiet, I emailed him today to ask if I will get any assistance and still ZERO ASSISTANCE.

Why are y’all still operating if help is that difficult????
