You are ****ing my business

You guys really go out of your way to **** people’s businesses. I sent out a parcel on the 20th of May to a customer from Pretoria to Johannesburg which is supposed to be overnight and till date the parcel hasn’t been delivered. The client waits everyday because they receive an sms saying the driver will deliver and nothing happens. I called the Pretoria branch because the Johannesburg one no one ever answers, I was told the parcel is out for delivery, everyday I get told this. This is unacceptable. During this pandemic where we are trying to make a living and you **** our businesses. I want to know where my parcel is and if you can’t deliver it can I please have it back and I will deliver it myself
