You are a dissapointment _ Delayed delivery

Your service is horrible. I have been waiting for my parcel and it's now 7 days. I had to stay at home the whole day today because I was told my parcel will be here before 5pm. Now on the tracker it says there was an attempted delivery and that is a lie. Yeses you guys are a dissapointment.
