Would like to see my shipment delivered

I sent a package on the 3rd of September, according to the tracking page it has been "out for delivery" since the 4th of September. The tracking page says additionally that the mobile cannot be reached, but the number is correct, both sender and receiver.

This is nonsense. The receiver is a pensioner who is almost always home, and there is nothing wrong with their phone. Is this how packages get "lost"? It has now been "out for delivery" for four days, and it has been two days since PostNet/Aramex has tried to do anything about it, though I suspect they never even made a call.
