Worst/no customer service

If it was possible to rate the service from Aramex Courier Service a 0, I would have done so. A parcel was sent from Bloemfontein to a destination 200 km from it. After 5 weeks, the parcel was still not delivered. No attempt to contact the sender or receiver was made. They also didn't respond to a query logged on the Aramex app regarding the delayed delivery. The first communication from Aramex was received after a claim for a refund was requested. Their action - they will return the parcel to the sender, after failing to deliver it for 5 weeks, but will not refund the courier fees. This is unacceptable in an era where we rely mostly on courier services. Please do not make use of this company for courier services.
