Worst worst courier service ever

Having the worst experience with Aramex, on Monday the 5th of Jan I was told that my parcel will be out for delivery on Tuesday the 6th latest is Wednesday 7th, I called on Wednesday they say today the 8th and finally today it shows that the package is out for delivery business hours are almost over and when I call an agent says I’ll get is before end of business day today and I called again after 30 min then they saying it will be out tomorrow. It is so frustrating coz I need my package before Saturday, I mean it’s been with them since 28.12.25
