Worst shipping inconvenience in SA

Shipping shows my parcel has been picked up on July 1st at 15:00 and now it is just sitting there. I have clients waiting for the delivery, i have phoned and nobody answered in the 4 times I called. Your service has been paid for and now it just doesn't get delivered.
