WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!

Worst shipping company ever, with the ****iest service. The first time I was waiting for a delivery from them they did not delivery on time cause they said they could not get a hold of me, second time around its been 4 days overdue! they got my number wrong I called in on tuesday they said they would update and I should expect it on wednesday. Day came and wen and still nothing, I called countless times to find out what is going on the only thing they have to say is that the delivery could not be made as no one could get a hold of me and yet I had given them the right contact number on tuesday and they said they had updated it, thursday today. I call in and they say my parcel is on the way I wait all day and nothing and throughout the day I have been calling to do a follow up and they assure me its on the way and in the evening I call again they say that no one could get a hold of me. I have spent over R500 in airtime calling in and trying to get a handle on my parcel and delivery only to hhave one agent tell me that no one had updated my information since tuesday. THEY ARE A USELESS COMPANY I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO BOTHER THEMSELVES WITH THIS COMPANY. UTTER NONSENSE! If anyone has advice on how to go about opening a case against them please comment cause I have had it with them!
