Worst service or actually no service ever

The Britsih council dispatched my document to Aramex on Monday.it has been out for delivery to me since Wednesday. I live in Durbanville..how can this be possible????still no document. I have lodged a complaint with the British Council too informing them of this lack of service. You have caused me to miss out on lodging my visa application for Australia. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. Judging by all the complaints on this site about Aramex, I am not alone.
