Worst service not customer service..

Worst courier service I have ever encountered.. Everyday you phone and they tell you your parcel is scheduled for delivery on that day and you wait the whole day at home go nowhere because the call centre checked .....it's on way to be delivered to you ...... end of the day they send it back to the warehouse.. tomorrow same story .. it just gets rescheduled for the next day and the next . And you can phone escalate the matter .. they will tell you every time they escalated the matter and someone will phone you back .. but they just dont ... you can't get the driver's nr to ask they cant check with the driver also ...... it's just impossible to get your parcel .. I have used a lot of other couriers companies before and communicating with drivers was always possible if there is a slight delay etc... and the parcel got delivered the day they tell you it's in the truck on the way to you .. . not with aramex .. if you waiting for a parcel you will wait and wait and wait .. it gets loaded onto the truck to be delivered and at night it goes back to the warehouse.. the package is having a jol going for outings everyday and then sleep in the warehouse again .. never again will I make this mistake again ...
