Worst service / lost parcel

Dropped off a package at Aramex PnP Brackenhurst on 29 Aug 2022. Started following up on 2 Sept as the package was not delivered. No feedback from them, just excuses. Every time I follow up I have to provide the same information. No person to speak to, except agents via the chatbot. No tel no or email address where you can deal with 1 person to assist.

In this day and age with technology bad customer service is not an option.
