WORST SERVICE!!! LAZY & *********** STAFF!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Bunch of *********** & LAZY staff! I phoned on Monday, 02 December 2019 to update my delivery address from Wierdapark to Craigavon, Fourways. Tuesday/ Wednesday I phoned when I noticed delivery was going to wrong address spoke to Merina who told me the address was apparently not sent to relevant department and promised to sort it immediately and I should receive my package on Thursday. Friday I phoned at 07:44 spoke to a Zander who also had no clue what was going on, promised to sort this out and get a manager to call me within 30 minutes AND IM STILL WAITING it’s 16:58! I got a call from the most *********** and clueless guy telling me driver is at my gate and when I asked him which address he gave me the old wrong address! I asked him to check all the notes made and dates I phoned to update the address and he promised to call back and I’m still waiting! I phoned again the 011 number, spoke to Anisa who couldn’t even bother to assist and just transferred me back and was on hold for 5 minutes NO ANSWER! I’m extremely disappointed with their service, lies and empty promises.
