Worst Service I've ever experienced with Aramex.

Worst Service I've ever experienced with Aramex. I have had absolutely no Response from Courier Company, My Package I could track and see that it had Arrived on the 31st of January 2020 already and was held at Customs to be Checked.

Up until today I have had absolutetly no response from the Courier to assist me in any way to make the process speedier as the Estimated Date/Time for delivery was on the 4th February 2020 and now it has been Cleared. I only found out this morning that I have to pay in R986.11 to get it from Customs.....Nobody has informed me about this and where do I pay it to. I call in again this morning and then they only told me about it...They said they have ,mailed it to me but I have not received anything BUT when i asked them to send it again it came through straight away.

Now I have made Payment and I would like to know can I come pick it up myself as I am not going to wait for ARAMEX to come and deliver as I do not want to wait another I DONT KNOW WHEN.
