Worst service I've ever experienced in my life

My parcel with aramex has been in transit forever,everytime from last week when i track my order its in transit. Last week i sent an email to make a follow up and they said they will get back to me in 24 hours its now 5 days and i haven't heard from them. I sent a whatsapp message they connected me to an agent by the name of Pearl very useless. I placed my order on the 7th of October it is Fieldbar coolerbox its almost two weeks waiting for my parcel and im nit finding any joy,when i call Aramex Johannesburg number it doesn't exist,so basically what does this mean is my order lost or what as i cant get hold of anyone from Aramex.
