Worst Service in South Africa

If I could give a negative rating, I would. The worst service I have ever received from any company. I have been waiting for my express parcel since 15 July; today is the 24th. In that time, it has travelled across provinces incorrectly. I have called multiple times to find out what is going on without a resolution. Empty promises, and I still don't have my parcel. I need it for my wedding next week, and there are simply no answers! No estimated date of delivery, no clarity. I can understand if an error is made and corrected, but that is not happening. Thank you for ruining my special event and adding heaps of stress onto me. What a disgrace of a business!
