Worst Service in History!!

It's been 9 days since I've been waiting for my parcel from Lephalale to Jhb, I've sent it via Checkers in Lephalale to Checkers Meadowdale, Germiston and they accepted it and paid for it. On the 3rd day they called the destination recipient and confirmed the address as Checkers Meadowdale, on day 7 i called them for tracking because it shows that my parcel has been moving between sandton/jhb/pta and eventually to be shipped back to sender. I spoke to 1 lady who explained that it was captured wrong, it should have ben store to door, so I gave her a door/business address, she said I must expect the parcel on Thursday which will be within 48hrs. I made peace with that. Today the 48hrs has lapsed, I contacted Aramex, they told me the address was updated but the delivery department did not get it due to network, haaa, then promised again by AYanda that the parcel will be re-routed to the door address again within 24-72 working hours, which goes to more than 15 days. In the interim, she could not give me a number/email to escalate or call to complain. I'm in the dark, the parcel I'm waiting for has very very important documents and they are delaying other processes. I've never been this frustrated in my life. The delay is costing us huge amounts of money daily. They just don't have any empathy, understanding, values, ethics, sense of duty and couldn't care less.
