Worst service from Aramex South Africa

On the 18th of June I purchased 2 Aramex sleeves from PicknPay after having contacted Aramex about sending my police clearance documents to Pretoria and returning them hence the purchase of the second bag for return. They did not disclose that they do not collect finalised police clearance reports. I ended up organising with Postnet to collect the final report and the second bag came back sealed. I contacted Aramex to explain to them that I had not used the second bag because they had not disclosed to me that they do not fetch clearances from SAPS Pretoria. They promised a refund and asked for details which I have sent countless times to no action. They are very sketchy with communication and only sometimes answer Facebook message. Most of the time you are answered by a bot which doesn't help at all. Still stuck with their new bag. Would like my R100 back as it was their consultants who gave false information when I enquired about their services.
