Worst service from Aramex South Africa

If there was an option of rating them zero because that's what they deserve! Worst service ever! It's been almost 2 weeks and what was supposed to be a same day delivery from Karen Park in Pretoria to Sunninghill, Joburg is still on tour! I called a week ago and they assured me the parcel will be delivered the next day! To date the parcel has not arrived!
