Worst service from aramex poor service

Worst courier company ever I was supposed to get my parcel Tuesday but I didn't made countless contact with the call centre I was told I should wait for Wednesday and it doesn't mean that It will come in the morning hello i waited the whole day no delivery no communication i called the call center being sent from one person to another no assistance some workers are just *********** and keep on telling me that in 24 to 48 hours ,,from 9 Feb 24 or 48 hours hasn't lapsed?????I need my parcel as in tommorw way bill no DBP ********** 5071
