Worst service from app to operator

Unfortunately there is isnt 0 stars to choose. Because thats what I will give them. Ive been waiting for more than a week for my parcel. It shows on the tracking app on its way still.... Today 05/11 a lady phoned to confirm delivery address. After spelling it twice to her and she still cant spell it right and doesn't know her alphabet she dropped the call. Just now to find at 14:00 on the app that the shipment is returned to sender... No one even tried to contact again. And its not like they dont know the area or adress they deliver here regularly. I've phoned the call centre where by the operator says the parcel is out for delivery. But the app is update now showing returned to sender. So what to do now.... Can't they just confirm with the driver if the parcel is out for delivery or what... One needs their parcels.
