Worst service from a courier company EVER

I have ordered glasses online from a company (from which I’ve ordered before, very fast and efficient) 3 September 2021. It was dispatched on 8 September 2021, with Aramex couriers. This has been a tedious process. Clearance took almost five days, but after a huge fuss, from my side it was eventually released on Friday 17 September 2021. I keep tracking the parcel on the website and it’s making absolutely no movement. However ordering from someone local using the same courier company, there is about 2 updates. My package was said to arrived on 14 September 2021. This is absolutely ridiculous. A package from JHB to where I am located, arrives the very next day. This is THÉ worst service I have EVER received from ANY courier company to date. I am a frequent online shopper and I will never ever order from any company using this courier again!!!!!!
