Worst service ever...frustrating and disgusting. I hate ARAMEX

The Worst courier company ever😡😡😡it's shocking how they treat their customers. My parcel was already 2 days overdue it's delivery date, I called them to enquire and I was told it will be delivered the next day. The next day I waited at home the whole day, it didn't come and I had no missed calls. When I tracked it online the status was "customer unavailable". I can't believe it😡😡😡I hate aramex and I hope people don't use it, it's so frustrating.
