Worst Service Ever! Stay Away!

This is the worst courier company ever, please stay away and use other companies. I had a parcel delivered to them on Thursday 03 June 2021 for overnight delivery, I was supposed to receive the delivery on Friday but I didn't. On my Monday 07 June the status for tracking said it was out on delivery, later they said it was delivered but I haven't received anything. The parcel just disappeared.
