Worst service ever from delivery guy Casper

Scheduled for delivery Monday , called to confirm time so I can be available and I was told that driver will contact me before he leaves, 17:15 I get a call to indicate his outside my house while I’m still at work, I clearly indicated that they should call me so I can leave work to Meet him however the delivery guy Casper was extremely rude to me after pleading with him that I will be there in 10 Min I am leaving work He told me to go to hell Wednesday new arrangements were made for 9am with aramex , I took off work it’s 12:35 and still No delivery done , aramex should improve on their punctuality and arrangements ***
