Worst service ever

I sent a parcel to Pretoria on 01/06/2020. I tracked the parcel today 05/06/2020 and it shows that its in Cape Town. The waybill clearly states Pretoria. I called the Pretoria office and the lady was rude, telling me to call the Cape town office and sort it out.

There is nowhere on the website to send proof of my waybill and no one seems able to help.
