Worst service ever

This is the worst delivery company ever, I don't know why sellers insist on using it. They never deliver when they say they will. You have no other way of tracking your package except with the Tnumber. If you loose it your basically ***D .

I don't know why they are never held accountable, their Customer care is useless but even worse, they are very RUDE.
