Worst service ever!

Nothing but terrible service, no matter how many times they promise to get back to you, they don't, they ignore all e-mails outright, and when I phone, they are always unavailable and will get back to you. It has been three months since I first started with the current issue... A package was delivered, but badly damaged, so far that it isn't usable anymore, and I have a photo from the sender, where it was in perfect condition, inside another box, which never made it to me. I also have another parcel that they confirmed receipt of, but has been lost by them. I will never make use of their services again, and will warn anyone else against using their services. Pathetic customer service.
