Worst service ever

5 April 2022 I drop a parcel in Aramex drop down box at Pick n Pay in Viljoenskroon 6 April they collected the parcel got evidence of it, week later parcel did not reach the destination. The waybill NR does not exist on there system. No one will assist in this matter they just say will come back to me and they don't, the only person that actually tried to help was Albertus Gerber from their Port Elizabeth branch but I'm from Free state and the parcel was suppose to go 300km from where I stay
