Worst service ever!

Worst service ever from Aramex. I dropped off 2 parcels on the 22/05/2020 , one going to Cape Town which was delivered on time(25/05/2020).My struggle is with the second parcel going to Mpumalanga Malelane. the parcel arrived at Nelspruit on the 23/05/2020 as per updates on the tracking app. I called everyday to track the parcel as there were no further updates. everyday I would hear the same story that It will be delivered on that particular day at 12pm. on the 03/06/2020 I was told that they don't deliverer in that area I need to pay an extra service fee of R1200.00 for them to go to that area , we then agreed for them to return the parcel which was supposed to be delivered to me on Friday. now when I call them its the same song "it will be shipped out this evening we apologize" I am so ****ed off at this bad service
