Worst service EVER!!

WORST customer service ever!! Tried to send the request through the site, with the customer service request.. Can't place the request, tried multiple times.

Then did the live chat.. Started my chat at 10.37. First reply was at 13.22. Then she said I must wait. But because the chats have no notifications to tell you there is a message, I saw it 15 minutes later and got the 'We have had no further responses and will close your chat. Please get in touch with us at a convenient time and when you can chat. Have a great day!'

Now I had to start the chat all over again and will surely wait a few hours again!! Tried sending an email as well, and also, no response..!

Frustrated beyond belief!!
