Worst service ever!!!

I would give a zero star rating if I could. I ordered a package fro Shein on 04 December. It was in SA on 09 December 2023. Ever since then I have been given the run around of when my parcel will be delivered. Every day when I inquire, I get told it will be delivered tomorrow. On 28 December when I phoned, I was told that my package would go to Bloemfontein the next day, (I am in Johannesburg South) I told them not to sent it to Bloemfontein and confirmed again with them the next day. On 02 January 2024 it was sent to Bloemfontein??? It was sent back to Johannesburg on 02 January 2024 and since then promises, promises. It went out for delivery yesterday 10 January, only to not arrive because they said I was not available, which is a total lie. When I inquired again today, I was told the driver's vehicle broke down. To date it has not been delivered????? I was promised again that delivery will take place tomorrow??? Worst courier company in South Africa
